Level I – static style exercises, perfect for everyone, regardless of where you're starting from. Over the course of these 9 sessions, we'll explore a variety of topics, including:

- Heart and Arteries Health: Ensuring a healthy flow
- Gut health: The importance of the other flow
- Embracing lifestyle changes and setting achievable goals
