Vision Statement

To become a world class dynamic praise, worship, teaching, and economic development center that is governed by the anointing and direction of God’s Holy Spirit. “New Zion” is not a church building, but a building church! The church is mobile and moves corporately and in parts as God directs us to make kingdom builders out of unsaved individuals. The Church has accepted the charge ordained by Jesus Christ to develop effective, anointed and Holy Spirit filled Christian disciples based on His teachings that will transcend into the world and transform the world. Discipleship is the foundation of the Church’s charge and is the basis for transforming individuals who in turn will transform their homes, communities, job, cities, states, nations, and ultimately God’s entire Earth.

The ability to develop and birth effective witnesses will be a central focus that includes outreach programs to reach the lost and bring back the backsliders. Through witnessing, conference meetings, Bible studies, entrepreneur development programs, financial workshops, Christian development classes, and youth development programs, New Zion Christian Church will establish a holistic Christ run center that will satisfy the believer in all aspects of his/her daily life.

The teaching of the church will come from the uncompromised, anointed word of Jesus Christ. In depth scriptural passages will be explored and illuminated as the Holy Spirit wills. Training is imperative and essential for all new members, as the church will develop “spiritual word handlers” that are equipped to make a difference in all aspects of their lives and the lives of people they encounter.

The church is founded on the principle that members function in the church as an extension of Christ’s body. Being that we are parts of Christ’s body and no part is more valuable than the other, we will invoke oneness of the Spirit throughout all activities and rank no office higher than the other. As an extension of Christ’s body, we will go out into the world with the power and authority that God has commissioned and transform lives of individuals we come into contact with daily.

Finally, in everything that “New Zion” will do, it will be for the Glory of God.
